“You are my witnesses and servants

whom I have chosen.”

Isaiah 43:10

We are a community of local Singaporeans, international expatriates, single people and families, people with long-term commitment to one another, reaching out to anyone who needs Christ, and serving the work of the Lord in the broader church in Singapore.

Welcome Message from
Our Community Leader

Greetings! We are all designed by God for community living. The first century church, as written in Acts 2, responded to the gospel with repentance and faith, were incorporated into the church through baptism, and they devoted themselves to a common faith and a common life.

We believe that The Servants of The Lord (SOL) is a sign of Christian unity and a means of its growth. We are a para-church organization based in Singapore with members who are at the same time actively serving in their respective churches. We are also part of the Sword of the Spirit communities, a wider affiliation of like-minded communities around the world.

Greetings from Our Community Leader

We are all designed by God for community living. The first century church, as written in Acts 2, responded to the gospel with repentance and faith, were incorporated into the church through baptism, and they devoted themselves to a common faith and a common life.

We believe that The Servants of The Lord (SOL) is a sign of Christian unity and a means of its growth. We are a para-church organization based in Singapore with  members who are at the same time actively serving in their respective churches. We are also part of the Sword of the Spirit communities, a wider affiliation of like-minded communities around the world.

There are two areas that make us distinct. Firstly, we are an ecumenical Community. We celebrate that we are from various Christian denominations with differing church traditions and practices. Our ecumenism roots remind us to focus on the things that unite us as Christians. Secondly, we are a community. We believe that every part of our being is to be discipled in Jesus Christ for all our life, the whole of life, in every season of life.

The world we live in today is increasingly secular and as such, the call for community living to support one another in living out our Christian vocation has never been greater. If you desire to understand what it means to live with a common faith and a common life, we warmly welcome you to get in touch with us.
